Laura Gover-Basar joined 茄子污污视频 College in Fall 2021 as an Instructor in the Management and Human Resource Leadership department with over a decade of experience in post-secondary teaching and management training. Her approach to teaching focuses on engagement, support and real-world application. She conveys her passion about course topics and encourages students to think critically about information and ideas.

Laura holds a Doctorate in Management and Bachelor of Commerce from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with British Columbia and Yukon. Her research and consulting work over the years has focused on Organizational Change, Organizational Culture, Stress in the Workplace, Work-Life Conflict and Resilience.
