Melissa first taught for 茄子污污视频鈥檚 School of Business from the late 1980s through mid 1990s as a part-time instructor in the Tourism Management program. In 2013, she returned to 茄子污污视频 to teach in the School of Business Marketing department after working in a variety of senior roles with Tourism Victoria for 20+ years, including Vice-President, Marketing and Communications. Melissa also has more than 10 years of experience as a senior marketing and management consultant for a variety of industry sectors.

Melissa is a passionate teacher and lifelong learner. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University and recently completed a Master of Education degree at Simon Fraser University. When she is not in the classroom, Melissa pursues many interests including writing fiction, reading, travelling, volunteering, and tackling New York Times crossword puzzles.
